Freshness Guarantee

We take great care in selecting, packing, and delivering every order. If you receive damaged, spoiled, or otherwise unsatisfactory fruit upon arrival, don’t hesitate to contact our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery.

To assist with the verification process, customers may be required to provide:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the product received
  • A brief description of the issue

Upon review, BlackLeaf may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Returns

Due to the perishable nature of fresh fruits, fruit baskets, gift hampers, and cut fruits, returns are generally not accepted once products have been delivered.

Returns may only be considered in the following circumstances:

      • Wrong item delivered

      • Damaged product upon delivery

      • Product quality issue verified by BlackLeaf

      • Missing items from the order

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

Refunds may be issued if:

      • The ordered item is unavailable, and no suitable replacement is accepted by the customer.

      • The product arrives in a damaged or unusable condition.

      • BlackLeaf is unable to fulfill the order due to unforeseen circumstances.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Customers may request order modifications or cancellations before the order enters preparation or dispatch.

Once an order has been prepared, packed, or dispatched, cancellations and refunds may not be possible due to the perishable nature of the products.

Substitutions

To ensure freshness and timely delivery, BlackLeaf reserves the right to substitute unavailable fruits, packaging, flowers, or gift accessories with products of equal or higher value without prior notice.

Delivery Issues

Please ensure that delivery details are accurate when placing your order.

BlackLeaf will not be responsible for failed deliveries resulting from:

      • Incorrect recipient information

      • Incorrect address provided

      • Recipient unavailable during delivery

      • Restricted access locations

Additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery requests.
